This table was designed to be the first thing people notice.
Featuring hundreds of genuine coins suspended within a striking glow-in-the-dark plasma-inspired design, this one-off handcrafted table combines craftsmanship, creativity and engineering to create something completely unique. The four chairs also are contained within the spaces inbetween the legs.
During daylight hours, the intricate details, embedded coins and handcrafted finish make a bold visual statement.
When the lights go down, the glow effect transforms the table into an entirely different piece, revealing hidden character and creating a stunning focal point that guests will remember long after they leave.

Every coin has travelled its own journey.
Collected and carefully arranged before being permanently encapsulated within the design, the coins create a fascinating display that encourages people to stop, look closer and start conversations.
No two layouts could ever be recreated exactly.
This is a genuine one-off piece created from the relics of a table and chairs set that was going to be disposed of. I saw it, and as i personally needed a replacement table and a desire to experiment with epoxy resin and coins, I couldn’t resist the project.
It is amazing to sit around in the evening with the lights off and enjoy the subtle glow from the table with good company.

The Inspiration Behind The Design
At The Revival Shed, I enjoy creating furniture that challenges expectations. Mainly as I really like to make inspiring amazing things for myself.
Rather than building another ordinary table, this project was designed to combine craftsmanship with creativity and produce something that people would remember.
The combination of real coins, handcrafted construction and glow-in-the-dark detailing creates a piece that changes depending on the lighting and environment, making it unlike anything found in a traditional furniture showroom.

While future commissions may draw inspiration from this project, no identical piece can ever be recreated.
Do the coins move?
No. The coins are permanently incorporated into the design.
Does the table really glow in the dark?
Yes. The glow effect becomes visible in darker environments and creates a unique appearance that changes the character of the table. The glow in the dark in the pictures has been enhanced with the use of my 100w LED panel so the glow in your room will depend on the levels of light given to it beforehand.
Is this the exact table shown in the photographs?
Yes. The images show the actual handcrafted piece available for sale.
Can you make another one?
A similar table may be possible as a bespoke commission, however no identical version can be recreated.
Is delivery available?
Collection is preferred, although custom delivery arrangements may be possible depending on location.
