The Revival Shed creates and sells personalised slate gifts, handmade furniture, reclaimed wood products, and other handcrafted items.

Products

All products are subject to availability.

We make every effort to accurately describe and photograph our products. However, due to the handmade nature of many items, slight variations in appearance, colour, grain, engraving position, finish, or materials may occur.

Such variations are not considered faults.

Personalised Products

Many products sold by The Revival Shed are personalised or custom-made.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that all submitted information, spelling, dates, names, QR code information, images, artwork and instructions are accurate before placing an order.

The Revival Shed is not responsible for errors supplied by the customer.

Once production has begun, personalised orders cannot normally be cancelled or changed.

Customer Supplied Images, Artwork and Content

When submitting photographs, logos, artwork, text, designs or other content, you confirm that:

• You own the content, or
• You have permission to use the content, and
• The content does not infringe the rights of any third party.

You agree to indemnify The Revival Shed against claims arising from unauthorised use of submitted content.

The Revival Shed reserves the right to refuse any content that may be unlawful, offensive, defamatory or otherwise inappropriate.

QR Code Products

Customers are responsible for providing accurate QR code information, including website addresses, Wi-Fi details, contact information or other data.

The Revival Shed is not responsible for errors caused by incorrect information supplied by the customer.

Customers should verify all submitted information before completing their purchase.

Furniture and One-Off Creations

Many furniture items are unique, handmade, reclaimed or one-off creations.

Dimensions, materials and finishes are described as accurately as possible. Minor variations, marks, character features, reclaimed material imperfections and natural timber movement are considered part of the product’s character and not defects.

Where custom furniture projects are commissioned, additional specifications and agreements may apply.

Pricing

All prices are shown in Pounds Sterling (£).

Prices may change without notice but changes will not affect orders already accepted.

Payment

Payment must be received before goods are dispatched unless otherwise agreed.

Payments are processed securely through approved third-party payment providers.

The Revival Shed does not store full payment card information.

Delivery

Delivery times are estimates only.

The Revival Shed is not responsible for delays caused by postal services, couriers, weather events or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Delivery is currently available only within the United Kingdom mainland.

Collection

Where collection is offered, customers must arrange a suitable collection time in advance.

Risk in the goods transfers to the customer upon collection.

Inspection and Damaged Goods

Customers should inspect products as soon as reasonably possible after receipt.

If an item arrives damaged, customers should notify The Revival Shed promptly and provide photographs where possible.

Limitation of Liability

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability where exclusion is prohibited by law.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, The Revival Shed’s liability shall be limited to the purchase price paid for the product concerned.

Intellectual Property

All website content, product photographs, designs, branding, logos and original content created by The Revival Shed remain the property of The Revival Shed unless otherwise stated.
