Whilst not exactly a coffee table, I was asked to make a low table for a small vivarium that housed a bearded dragon. But it IS sort of coffee table sized !
Taking some inspiration from a similar design I used to make a TV unit (with no screws or nails, just slot and groove with wood glue and clamps)
