Following the emigration of my first dining table to Scotland a good few years ago, I was given a request. “Dad, could you make me a cool table for poker nights with my friends?”
Well, as those super cool neoprene matts (Like mousepads but LOTS bigger) for poker nights come in 180cm x 90cm sizes, I created a stupidly over engineered fold out games topper, that would hopfully give the extra vibe of sitting in a proper casino.
As both the original dining table and games table top are just too big for their needs with a new young family, I have repatriated them back to England and need to help them find a new life. Alas, the rather cool neoprene poker matt has stayed up there, but there are so many available.
The table can easily sit 8-10 people around, so you could happily use it for many other board games or fantasy games such as dungeons and dragons if you need space for all the rule books etc.
Make no mistake, this is a HUGE table top unit and will need two people to pick up and fold out to put on a table.
The raised edge is padded with faux blue leather, and the table top is thick 18mm plywood covered with green felt.
